Electric control valve is simply to use electric actuator to control the valve, so as to realize the opening and closing of the valve. It can be divided into two parts, the upper part is the electric actuator, the lower part is the valve.
There are two kinds of electric valves, one is angular stroke electric valve: the angular stroke electric actuator is used with the angular stroke valve to realize 90 degree internal rotation of the valve to control the pipeline fluid on-off; the other is straight stroke electric valve: the straight stroke electric actuator is used with the straight stroke valve to realize the valve plate up and down action to control the pipeline fluid on-off. Electromagnetic flow meter consists of sensor and converter. Based on Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction, it is used to measure the volume flow of conductive liquid with conductivity greater than 5 μ s / cm. It is an inductive instrument for measuring the volume flow of conductive medium. In addition to measuring the volume flow of general conductive liquid, it can also be used to measure the volume flow of strong corrosive liquid such as strong acid and strong alkali, and uniform liquid-solid two-phase suspension liquid such as mud and pulp. Widely used in petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, textile, paper, environmental protection, food and other industrial sectors and municipal management, water conservancy construction, river dredging and other fields of flow measurement.

What is volume flow?
Volume flow refers to the amount of fluid expressed in volume.
The common flow measurement for the volume contains orifice plate, turbine flow meter, vortex flow meter, electromagnetic flow meter, rotary flow meter, ultrasonic flow meter and elliptical gear flow meter.

The separation of oil and air is realized by using the adsorption capacity of activated carbon, silica gel or active fiber on oil-gas / air mixture. Oil and gas are adsorbed on the adsorbent surface through adsorbents such as activated carbon, and then they are desorption by pressure reduction or steam desorption. The enriched oil and gas are pumped to the oil tank by vacuum pump or liquefied by other methods; while the adsorption force of adsorbents such as activated carbon to air is very small, and the exhaust gas not absorbed is discharged through exhaust pipe.

Advantages: adsorption method can achieve high treatment efficiency, low emission concentration, and can achieve a very low value.

Disadvantages: triphenyl is easy to inactivate activated carbon, and there is a secondary pollution problem after deactivation of activated carbon. The adsorption capacity of domestic activated carbon is only about 7%, and the life is not long, and it can be used for only 2 years.

SCADA (supervisory control and data acquisition) system is data acquisition and monitoring control system.
