This quantitative loading control device’s hardware are composed by one micro PLC module, one LCD operating plate(including operating keyboard) and other accessories such as terminal, electric power and explosive proof cabinet etc. Based on this kind of hardware design and composition, all of the device has more natural advantages comparing with the system composed by monolithic integrated circuits. The loading control device can set up the loading parameter through remote monitoring computer or loading control device according to loading requirements. These parameter contains: flow factor, advance value, valve opening delay time, liquid density etc.
